Thank you again for asking the preacher to put in a word about Delta and the rescue - it really made me feel special - and she is such a special horse! She was sooooo well behaved. I had a great team - I really had to talk Kayla into riding in the tube, but she had a blast & thanked me for "making" her do it. Theresa and Tina - what can I say - they are the best! "We had the good fortune to ride at the Watterson Ranch over Labor Day weekend 2007. Their frendly easy ranch style hospitality was comfortable and warm and the ranch itself was great to ride because of the variations in the terrian. There were creeks and grassy pastures,woods and tall pines. There is a very nice over look where many of us had our picture taken. It was challenging enough but easy enough for anyone to ride and the length of the rides were just right and fun was had by all. We really enjoyed the Sunday morning church service out in a filed on horseback! As a bonus we got to watch and even try a little Ranch Sorting. I don't know how good we were but we got hooked! Then to top off the weekend with a fabulous fish fry cooked by Scott himself was fantastic. We enjoyed the facilities and really enjoyed having a water/electric hook-up for our trailer.
