will provide you a comfortable place to kick off your boots and rest your head after enjoying a day out riding the ranch.

The COWBOY BUNKHOUSE was actually designed as a getaway for the Ranch owner when they would
 come out and stay at the Watterson location
during the week.  Therefore, it  features
 all the comforts you would expect during
a home-away-from-home stay.

Rates for the COWBOY BUNKHOUSE:
 $150.00/night (Thursday-Sunday or during events)
$125.00/night (Monday - Wednesday)
**Occupancy price is based on 2 people.
Each add'l person is $15.00.

  The COWBOY BUNKHOUSE features the following ammenities:
* a sitting porch with rocking chairs and a great view
* stall accomodations for your equine partner
* complimentary breakfast basket to enjoy
(on weekend stays only)
* 2 twin beds (bedding/linens provided)
* full bathroom accomodations (towels provided)
* fully functional kitchen (dishes/utensils provided)
* sitting area w/ TV
* washer/dryer
* AC/heat

The COWBOY CASITA can comfortably accomodate 2 people and comes complete with the following ammenities:
* a sitting porch with rocking chairs and a great view
* complimentary breakfast basket to enjoy
* a fire pit for campfires
* outdoor BBQ grill
* AC/heat
* bkfst table & chairs
* mini fridge, microwave, tv & radio
* bedding & linens provided
* dishes and utensils provided

We also have stalls located next to the COWBOY CASITA, to accomodate your equine partners during your stay with us.

Rates for the COWBOY CASITA:
*  $75/night (Thursday-Sunday or during events)
$50/night (Monday - Wednesday)
**Occupancy price is based on 2 people.
Each add'l person is $15.00.


RESERVATION INFORMATION:

* Check-in is 12:00 noon, checkout is at 2:00pm.

*  2 night minimum reservations are preferred
1 night reservations are accepted; however you
 may be bumped for extended stay clients on
 weekends or during special events/rides

* Reservations held with one night rental deposit,
 refundable if cancelled with 7 day notice.  We
accept PAYPAL, MC/VISA for deposits or payment.

*  2 stalls are included with each B&B rental.

* Add'l stalls are available and are $10/horse - per night.
*One horse per pen.

* Both B&B's are NON-Smoking indoors.
* Pets are welcome, but must stay in carrier/crates
 on the porch.  NO pets indoors, please.

* Absolutely NO loose pets ever on the premises.
